Annyeonghaseyo and happy summer!

Closed on Saturday, July 4th. We will be CLOSED on Saturday, July 4th, to celebrate Independence Day.​ Saturday students are welcome to attend a make up class on a Monday or a Tuesday. You can view our updated calendar here. ​​​​​​​​​​​

Sparring classes. Starting this week, we are adding Sparring to our Monday classes! If you are interested in buying sparring gear, you may do so here. A friendly reminder that only sparring gear purchased with us may be used in class.​

Uniforms. If you are interested in purchasing another uniform for your child, you may do so here. (Let me know what size you would like.)​​​

Competition Season - Team Deadline approaching. Next week is our deadline for those who are interested in competing at the 2026 Taekwondo Grand Prix on Saturday, September 26th. Our Poomsae and Sparring Teams will begin training immediately after the 4th of July holiday weekend. If your child is interested in competing, please reach out soon!​​​

Extra classes. If you're interested in adding another Taekwondo class day to your schedule this summer, please feel free to reach out! We have classes Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays at Westchase and Northdale.

As a personal update, I have now entered my 16th week of pregnancy. Mr. Joel and I are excited​ for what's to come, and unfortunately my nausea and morning sickness are stronger than ever!
