Annyeonghaseyo! We have some important dates and reminders coming up - please read!

1. We have some special dates ahead - please take note! (View updated calendar here)

Saturday, October 31 - 🎃 Feel free to wear costumes to class! We'll play games for half the class and have some treats for everyone! (Please refrain from scary costumes to be mindful of our younger students!)
Saturday, November 14 - CLOSED
Saturday, November 21 - LAST DAY

2. Our last day of Taekwondo classes will be on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

The Saturday before Thanksgiving will be our last day of Taekwondo classes for 2026. I am now 32 weeks pregnant - and my husband, Mr. Joel, and I have a few things to prepare before the anticipated birth of our baby girl around December 2nd. Parenting and pregnancy/labor tips are always welcome 😊

3. Monthly billing.

I'll be reaching out individually regarding billing in the next week via email and text. (This includes the November 14 closure date!)

4. Extra classes available.

To get some more Taekwondo practices in before we close, you can register for extra classes between now and November 21st at a special rate this month! We have classes Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays available. Feel free to consider adding some extra classes to your schedule for the next month to maintain your child's progress before we close for the holidays!

5. Congratulations to our students who took Promotion Test #18 on September 28th! Very proud of all the hard work, memorizing, and class attendance and discipline that everyone has put in to achieve their new belts. Well done!

6. Sparring Gear and Uniforms available for sale.

General reminders:

You're always welcome to attend a make up class day of your choice (Mondays, Tuesdays, or Saturdays) if you're absent from class or if we have a holiday or event closure. Don't forget to double check our class schedule online to make sure we're open that day (or text me for a heads up!).
Students are always welcome to arrive a few minutes early to practice and stretch before your class starts, or ask me questions about the forms, blocks, or other curriculum.
As a reminder, we spar every other class day in our regular class program. On sparring days, feel free to arrive earlier to allow time to wear armor and sparring gear.
